LIX ROASTERY AT CAFE SHOW HANOI 2026: Connecting Origin with Market
The event is an opportunity to introduce how LIX develops coffee for international B2B markets and, more importantly, to meet the two groups at the center of that system: Origin Partners and Destination Partners.
LIX comes to Cafe Show with two clear objectives: to discover coffee sources with long-term development potential, and to meet importers, distributors, retailers, and B2B partners capable of bringing LIX products into the right markets.
At the event, conversations will focus on coffee sources, product development, the Extremely Light roasting system, quality control, traceability, packaging, and readiness for international trade.
Date: October 8–10, 2026 · 08:30–16:30
Location: Hall 2, Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC), Dong Anh, Hanoi
Booth: D28–29
Who we want to meet: Origin Partners · Importers · Distributors · Retailers · International B2B Partners
What Is LIX Looking for at Cafe Show?
Cafe Show creates a direct meeting point between the two sides of the B2B chain LIX is building.
At Origin, we want to meet farmers, producers, cooperatives, processors, exporters, and green coffee partners who can provide clear information around provenance, quality, traceability, and supply continuity.
At the market end, we want to meet importers, distributors, retailers, and international B2B partners looking for finished roasted-coffee products to develop within their own markets.
The aim is to begin relationships that can continue beyond the exhibition – from evaluating a potential coffee source to building a market for a finished LIX product.
At Origin, LIX looks for relationships that can grow from a clearly understood coffee source into long-term supply.
At the market end, we look for partners capable of carrying the product into the right distribution system and customer base.
Meeting Origin Partners
relationships with Origins across other coffee-producing countries.
At Cafe Show, LIX is interested in coffees with clear information around producing region, producer, variety, crop, processing method, physical quality, sensory profile, traceability, and supply capability.
Conversations with Origin Partners are also an opportunity to discuss transparency across the supply chain, long-term development potential, and how the value created at Origin can remain visible as coffee becomes a commercial product.
What Is LIX Bringing to Cafe Show?
LIX Roastery brings a coffee-development system that connects raw material with a product ready for market.
At the center of that system is Extremely Light – the roasting philosophy applied across all LIX commercial products, with each individual profile calibrated around the structure and response of the coffee itself.
Beyond roasting, the system includes green coffee evaluation, cupping, batch-level quality control, lot traceability, and packaging designed for storage and transport.
GREEN COFFEE EVALUATION
Cupping supports material evaluation, roast validation, and sensory consistency across production.
Roast and QC data are tracked by Roast Batch to provide a consistent basis for production comparison.
LOT TRACEABILITY & PACKAGING
For international B2B, LIX also prepares the product information, traceability records, and commercial requirements needed for export, destination-market import procedures, and distribution.
Cafe Show is where these capabilities become part of a direct conversation with the people developing coffee at Origin and the partners building markets at the other end of the chain.
Meeting Destination Partners
On the market side, LIX Roastery is looking for importers, distributors, retailers, and B2B partners capable of bringing products into markets where they can be developed appropriately.
Discussions may include market requirements, product portfolios, expected volumes, supply planning, logistics, import conditions, traceability, and relevant commercial requirements.
LIX operates within an ISO 22000-certified food safety management system and maintains FDA food-facility registration under applicable requirements within the FSMA framework.
Together with the Roastery’s traceability system and packaging designed for international transport, these elements form part of the operating foundation for working with markets where product and supply-chain controls are more demanding.
